Email operator@madeofwaves.com. A person replies, usually within one or two business days.
Include
- Your order reference (the 8-character code on your confirmation page and in your emails), or the email address you ordered with
- The device and operating system you're connecting to
- What you expected, what happened, and what you've already tried
- Photos or a short video for anything physical
Orders, shipping, and returns
- Shipping policy: processing times, carriers, where we ship
- Returns: 14-day returns on unused items
- Warranty: 30 days against defects
