Made of Waves products are tested before shipment and backed by a practical limited warranty for early functional defects. The goal is to stand behind the build quality without pretending hand-built electronics are mass-market appliances.
Warranty window
- Hardware is covered for functional defects for 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery.
- Coverage applies to normal intended use based on the product listing and documentation.
- Issues should be reported promptly through the order confirmation email thread.
What is covered
- Assembly defects, early hardware failure, or functionality that does not match the described product behavior.
- Firmware or configuration problems that shipped with the product and prevent normal use.
- Fulfillment mistakes tied directly to the delivered unit.
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, liquid exposure, improper cabling, over-voltage, drops, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Normal cosmetic wear or small visual variations expected in hand-built small-batch items.
- Problems introduced by buyer firmware modifications, hardware mods, or unsupported accessories.
Available remedies
- Depending on the issue, support may result in troubleshooting help, repair, replacement, or refund.
- The remedy offered may depend on part availability, the nature of the defect, and whether the original unit needs to be returned.
