By placing an order on madeofwaves.com, the buyer agrees to the current product listing, pricing, shipping policies, and the support terms described on this site.
Orders and payment
- Orders are accepted after successful payment authorization and checkout completion.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
- Orders may be canceled before shipment if pricing, inventory, or fraud-prevention issues require review.
Product condition
- Products may include small cosmetic variations because they are assembled in limited batches.
- Open-hardware products may evolve over time as sourcing and fabrication details change.
- Product descriptions, included items, and compatibility notes on the listing page control what is being sold.
Use and modification
- Buyers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with any provided documentation.
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper power and cabling is not covered by standard support policies.
- Open-source access does not guarantee free custom support for every modification request.
Limitation
- Support is limited to repair, replacement, refund, or return remedies described in the posted policies.
- Made of Waves is not responsible for indirect losses, lost project time, or downstream damages from buyer modifications.
- These terms apply to the extent allowed by applicable law.
