Orders placed on madeofwaves.com are packed and shipped directly by Made of Waves. This page explains current fulfillment timing, shipping scope, and what buyers can expect after purchase.
Processing time
- Most in-stock orders are packed within 2 to 3 business days.
- Small-batch assembly or limited-part availability may extend handling time during active runs.
- If a delay meaningfully changes the ship timeline, the buyer will be contacted using the order email.
Shipping method
- Checkout currently supports tracked domestic shipping within the United States.
- The standard transit target is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier performance.
- Tracking information becomes available after the shipping label is purchased and the order is processed.
Address scope
- Orders currently ship only to addresses inside the United States.
- International shipping is not offered until customs handling and support expectations are ready.
- Buyers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Delivery issues
- If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, report it promptly using the order confirmation email thread.
- Claims may require photos of the packaging and the delivered item.
- Carrier delays can happen, but a shipped order should always have tracking attached once it has been processed.
